Every five cycles, alien civilizations gather above the clouds to compete in the CumulOlympiad—a sport of storm-riding, lightning-leaping, and meteorological flair.

This year, the weather has plans of its own.

Mistakenly entered as Team Fold, the crew of the Wanderer must dodge both bureaucracy and bolts in a three-round competition judged by clouds, scored by style, and occasionally interrupted by The Rumbler—an ancient disqualified storm-being with a grudge and a flair for drama.
