We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds on eBook or downloadable content once the item has been delivered.
Exceptions may be made in the case of accidental duplicate purchases or technical issues--please contact us if needed.

Print Products:
If your book arrives damaged or is not as described, we’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund. Contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
